He has been in higher education for more than twenty years with a strong background in theology, social work, social services, and criminal law.

He brings much experience in business, community and nonprofits organizations. Bill, an Eagle Scout has served as President or Chairman of the Board of several organizations including Private Industry Council Dutchess and Putnam Counties, American Heart Association and United Way of Dutchess County. Recently Bill has served on the Northeast Region Board, BSA as Council Operations Chair as well as Membership Chair.
